For those who love their practice to the moon and back but want to slow it down a little. This flow is infused with fluidity and movement, without that dramatic fire often associated with Vinyasa flow. Expect the feel-good flow of heart expanders, hip openers and constant movement to wring out anything weighing you down.

Let me introduce you to your hot date — your body! This is the perfect class for anyone who is worn down by the self-deprecating talk we often have about our own bodies and image. We’ll start by getting honest — changing the negative dialogue is hard work that can’t be fixed in one yoga class. We’re here to plant the seed and build tools to tend to that idea every day moving forward. We’ll flip the negativity on its head (we’ll throw in a few flips for your body, too) by spending a class romancing and strengthening focused parts of the body. The class will be the perfect blend of challenge, flow and insight, plus ample time spent in deep hip + heart openers, peppered with laughter and unity. We’ll end with a guided body scan meditation to remind you of who you truly are at your core.

Kathryn Budig is an internationally celebrated yoga teacher, author, and co-host of the podcast, Free Cookies. Kathryn is known for her accessibility, humour, and ability to empower her students and readers through her message, “aim true.” The Kansas native graduated from the University of Virginia with a double degree in English and Drama before moving to Los Angeles, where she trained at Yogaworks under the tutelage of her mentors, Maty Ezraty and Chuck Miller.
With over a decade of experience in her field, Budig served as the yoga editor to Women’s Health magazine for five years, contributed recipes and sat on the Yahoo Health Advisory Board, and regularly contributes to Yoga Journal and MindBodyGreen. She was a featured athlete in Under Armour’s “I WILL WHAT I WANT” campaign and is the founder of her animal project, Poses for Paws. Kathryn is also a budding designer, creating a capsule collection for KiraGrace, Asha Patel Designs and Vapour Beauty. She is the creator of the Aim True Yoga DVD, author of The Women’s Health Big Book of Yoga, and best-selling Aim True. You can practice with her regularly on Yogaglo.com.
