We're back this Autumn with a 4-week meditation course for beginners, busy minds, beginners, those who are curious, cultivating creativity, recovering or ever thought ‘I can’t meditate’, but want to try. Everyone is welcome. Come exactly as you are, and take a playful approach to meditation.
This workshop will offer simple techniques to unwind the body, cultivate connection to the breath, steady the mind and be nice to yourself.
