Infinity sports is a class developed by Julie Davis one of Ireland’s leading strength and conditioning coaches. This class is designed to improve functional movement, help prevent injury and promote recovery.
In the class you will be guided through some traditional yoga poses, and functional movements with a bit of a twist! There is hip openers, back, hamstring and shoulder stretches as well as spine, pelvis, hip and shoulder mobilisation and stability exercises.
This practice is beneficial whatever your activity or sport and is ideal for field sports, cyclists and runners.
