Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through long stretches. During these long passive holds your body is allowed to relax deeply by using props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks. Postures can be held for up to ten minutes with time for quiet contemplation and guided meditation by Aoife. Postures can include light twists, seated forward folds and gentle backbends.
