SPARKING JOY: Spring Nordic Retreat
Turn off to tune in at this beautiful Nordic forest retreat. We’ll dive in to our yoga practice, the forest, lake, sauna, cooking and community living, and balance lots of classic camp craic with quiet reflection to rejuvenate and renew.

What to Expect: YOUR GUIDES FOR THE WEEK
A daily double dose practice of Flow Yoga, guided by Elizabeth, to suit all levels. Courtnae Dunn, Emilie Weiderud and Katie Richardson will guide us in reflection, meditation and connection, to ignite the spark of joy.
What to expect: ACCOMMODATION
In simple Scandinavian style, the rustic elegance of the cabins adds to the experience of retreat. Turn off. Get cosy. There are 6 double rooms, 4 single rooms, and one room that sleeps 4 for that real sleepover feeling! The pillows are soft, the bathrooms are shared, and the towels are fluffy.
There is also a beautiful yoga haven to practice in, a roaring fire and comfy living space to chill in together.
What to expect: SPA
A sauna all to ourselves! Made from an old box car, this sauna overlooks the tranquil lake in the midst of the forest. Embracing the Scandinavian style, bathing suits are optional.
What to expect: FOOD
Our incredible yogini chef, Cathy McCrea, will join the team to cook fresh, nutritious and delicious food. There will always be coffee, tea, toast and yummy toppings on the go.
We all know that the best parties happen in the kitchen, and this will be no exception! We will gather together to cook, create and enjoy our meals. In true camp tradition, we’ll be taking turns to make the meal, serve and clean up afterward.

We plan to arrive in the afternoon on 3 May and depart mid-day on 7 May.
£600 per person for the room of 4
£650 per person for a shared room - don’t worry if you don’t have someone to share with, we can house you with another yogi!
£750 per person for your own room
Daily workshops using a variety of approaches to spark joy
4 hours of yoga daily (reduced schedule on arrival and departure days)
8 community meals: brunch and dinner
4 light breakfasts
4 nights’ cosy accommodation
Transport from Copenhagen airport to retreat centre and back again.
**Please note there is one bus, and we will inform you the time we need to leave. Travel time is 2.5 hours from the airport to the centre.
Unlimited sauna, forest walks and lake swimming.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of total cost for yourself is required at the time of booking to secure your space. The balance is due by 1 April 2019.
